When you buy honey, the first commandment is that you nake sure it is not pasteurized. In our area, I recommend these varieties as good honey -- Valley Honey, Kirkland Honey (Costco) and of course the universally accaimed Manuka Honey, which you find at Shoppers', albeit at a steep price.
